At Wildnecknatural, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our premium aromatic candles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make it right.

30-Day Return Period

You may return eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Eligible for Return

The following items qualify for return:

  • Unused aromatic candles in original packaging
  • Candles that have not been lit or burned
  • Products with intact seals and labels
  • Defective or damaged items upon arrival
  • Incorrect items shipped by error

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Candles that have been lit or used
  • Items with damaged or missing packaging
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or promotional items

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to return your candles:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and instructions
  4. Securely pack items in original packaging
  5. Ship to the provided return address
  6. Receive confirmation once return is processed

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned candles, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • Product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • We shipped the incorrect item
  • Return is due to our error

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your candles for a different scent or size, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchange shipping costs follow the same guidelines as returns.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective candles, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if your order has been processed or shipped, standard return policies apply.

Gift Returns

If you received a candle as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us. We can issue store credit or help arrange an exchange for a different product.
